EduPloyment offers Employers an efficient online hiring process of qualified candidates at reduced costs and no minimums for hiring. Only Candidates with a matching profile can apply, so selecting the right Candidate becomes easier. Employers can choose whether to uplift 5, 7 or 10 other people with the placement fees they pay for each hire.
EduPloyment engages Candidates through the mobile app in their native language to onboard them and help them improve their English. In parallel they can apply, interview, and get hired for jobs, all for a subscription fee of $1.50 per month. Once you hire them, they get to share the benefits of EduPloyment with their friends and family.
Each job post costs only $10, against which you can hire an unlimited number of Candidates. You then select one of three options as the placement fee per Candidate you select: $45, $63, or $90. That’s a saving of up to 80%, or more, compared to traditional recruiting services.

Reviewing applications, shortlisting and interviewing Candidates for a job can be done online through the EduPloyment portal.
Once you have extended a job offer to the Candidate, and they accept it, we will send you their details so you can arrange for the contract and visa, if required.
